This is a 6 year old Ben Nevis, distilled in 2014 and bottled by Càrn Mòr at 47.5% ABV. It comes from a Sherry hogshead with a Madeira finish, and is limited to 764 bottles. It is non-chill-filtered and of natural colour.
The nose brings sweet wine notes, heather honey, cereal and dried fruit. On the palate there is more honey, sultanas and a mix of dried fruits. The finish is long and mouth-filling, ending on fruit.
