It was distilled in 2019, matured in second fill Oloroso sherry butts and bottled in 2026 at 57.1% ABV, which is 100 proof. It is non-chill-filtered and of natural colour.
The heavily peated spirit shows earthy smoke and coastal notes, with subtle sweetness and spice from the sherry wood. The second fill casks leave room for the distillery's slightly funky character.
