Tasting notes begin with dark forest berries, sweet raisins, bitter cocoa and orange peel, with leather and fine spice. The palate brings sugar beet juice, heavy syrup, roasted nuts and candied fruit, with tobacco and a touch of black pepper. The finish is long, with the concentrated sweetness of dried fruit and a spicy oak note.
