Ben Wyvis – 1972 Final Resurrection 27 Year Old (70cl, 43%)

This is a 27 year old single malt from Ben Wyvis, distilled in 1972 and bottled at 43% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It comes from the Final Resurrection bottling, drawn from the last three remaining casks of the distillery, and is bottle 365 of 471. Ben Wyvis began operating in 1965 on the Invergordon grain distillery site, originally to supply Invergordon blends. When it was dismantled in 1977, its stills were saved and later used at Glengyle.
