BenRiach 10 Year Old is a Speyside single malt from the BenRiach distillery, in a 75cl bottle. It is also known as The Original Ten.
The whisky is matured for ten years in three types of cask: ex-bourbon American oak, Oloroso sherry and Pedro Ximénez.
Each cask type adds its own part to the character: vanilla and grain sweetness from the bourbon casks, gentle dried fruit from the Oloroso, and a darker sweetness from the Pedro Ximénez.
