BenRiach 12 Year Old Smoky is a 12 year old single malt from the BenRiach distillery in Scotland, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. It combines fruit, malt and smoke.
The whisky is aged in three types of cask: bourbon, sherry and Marsala wine. It has a creamy texture.
The nose is ripe orchard fruit syrup with smoked honey glaze and a hint of oak spice. The palate brings smoked applewood, honey maple and spiced pear, and the finish is lingering fruit and smoked oak.
