BenRiach 21 Year Old is a Speyside single malt, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. It is drawn from four types of cask: bourbon barrels, virgin oak casks, Pedro Ximénez sherry casks and red wine casks.
The nose is spiced fruit punch with warming oak in the background and hints of zesty tropical fruit. On the palate the Sherry cask whisky takes control, with milk chocolate, lemon zest and shortbread. The finish is long, with caramel and rye bread.
