Benriach Temporis is a 21 year old peated Speyside single malt, bottled at 46% in a 700ml bottle. Its peating nods to the way Speyside whisky was made in the 1970s.
It was matured in a mix of bourbon barrels, virgin oak casks, and Pedro Ximenez and oloroso sherry casks. These add layers of fruit and spice to Benriach's honeyed peat smoke character.
