This is a 21 year old single malt from BenRiach in Speyside, the 2020 edition, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle.
It is matured in four types of cask: sherry, bourbon, fresh oak and red wine. The result is a rich, full malt with a mild smoke, and the long maturation brings out a sweet, caramelised character in the Speyside smoke.
