BenRiach 21 Years Four Cask Matured is a Speyside single malt in a 70cl bottle at 46% ABV. It combines unpeated and peated spirit, matured for at least 21 years in four types of cask: bourbon, sherry, oak and Bordeaux red wine.
The whisky from each cask type is vocally blended, giving orchard fruit and toasted pine wood, with a honeyed smoke on the finish.
It is honey gold in colour. The nose offers berry fruit, orchard apple, wild honey and mountain oak spice. The finish brings candied grape, rich cocoa, smoked pine nut, caramelised pear and honey smoke.
