BenRiach – 25 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky (70cl, 46%)

BenRiach 25 Year Old is a Speyside single malt bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. It is made from a mix of unpeated and peated spirit, and matured for at least twenty-five years in four kinds of cask: sherry casks, bourbon barrels, virgin oak casks and Madeira wine casks. The whisky from each cask type is married together, so the smoke, fruit, malt and oak blend into one another over the long maturation. It is described as having baked fruit, honey malt and toasted oak spice, with a long, rich, caramelised smoke finish.
