BenRiach Classic Quarter Cask is a single malt from the BenRiach distillery in the Spey Valley, built in 1898. The spirit is first matured in bourbon barrels, then given a second maturation in bespoke quarter casks. The smaller casks bring more contact between wood and spirit. The result is layers of glazed orchard fruit and rich vanilla, finishing with ripe barley and oak spice.
