BenRiach – Peated Quarter Cask

BenRiach Peated Quarter Cask is a Speyside single malt matured in small quarter casks, which let the spirit, oak and air interact more closely so the whisky gains character in a shorter time. The distillery's traditional floor maltings allow it to produce peated malted barley for a few special bottlings. Wood smoke builds to burning heather alongside ripe orchard fruits. Peaches, cinnamon sugar and a slightly herbal note of fresh barley run through the rich peat character.
