BenRiach – Malting Season Single Malt Scotch Whisky (70cl)

Malting Season is an annual limited release of single malt from BenRiach in Speyside, in a 70cl bottle. It is made from barley malted on the distillery's own floor maltings, where the barley is spread on stone floors and turned by hand as it germinates. BenRiach is one of the few Speyside distilleries still running floor maltings, and this release is built around that practice. It is bottled at cask strength, without dilution or chill filtration, so the character of the distillery's own-malted barley comes through undiluted.
