This 21 year old BenRiach Temporis is a peated Speyside single malt, made in the manner the distillery followed back in the 1970s. It was matured in a mix of bourbon barrels, virgin oak casks, and Pedro Ximenez and oloroso sherry casks.
Together the casks add layers of fruit and spice on top of BenRiach's honeyed peat smoke character.
