BenRiach – The Original Ten 10 Years (70cl, 43%)

The Original Ten is a 10 year old Speyside single malt from BenRiach, bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle. It has been the distillery's flagship since 2020 and follows the style of the first BenRiach single malt, from 1994. It is a vatting of whiskies aged for at least ten years in bourbon, sherry and virgin oak casks. It is neither coloured nor chill-filtered. The nose offers rich orchard fruit, honey and toasted oak. The palate brings ripe pear, nectarine and malty sweetness, and the finish carries almonds and spicy vanilla.
