Benriach The Sixteen is a Speyside single malt aged 16 years, distilled and bottled in Scotland at 43% in a 70cl bottle. It is matured in three types of cask: bourbon barrel, sherry cask and virgin oak.
Its makers describe it as a richly balanced evolution of the distillery's Speyside style. The three-cask maturation is said to bring layers of stone fruit, smooth creamy malt, wild honey and nutty oak spice.
