This is a Speyside single malt from Benriach, matured for at least 12 years and bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. It is made from both peated and unpeated spirit.
Three casks went into it: bourbon, sherry and Marsala wine.
The nose is lightly smoky, with vanilla, orange, almond and pepper. The palate mixes fruit with earthy notes, chocolate and smoke. The finish is of wood and almond.
