A 12 year old Speyside single malt from BenRiach, matured in three types of cask: ex-bourbon American oak, Oloroso sherry and Pedro Ximénez sherry.
Each cask plays its own part. The ex-bourbon wood gives vanilla and grain sweetness, the Oloroso adds dried fruit and warm spice, and the Pedro Ximénez brings concentrated sweetness and dark fruit. Together they give a balanced, fruit-forward Speyside character.
