BenRiach The Twenty Five is a 25-year-old Speyside single malt, launched in 2020 by master blender Rachel Barrie. It matured in four types of cask: sherry, bourbon, fresh oak and Madeira. It is bottled at 46% ABV, non-chill-filtered and of natural colour.
The nose shows smoky apricot, dark cherry chocolate, hazelnut and toffee. On the palate come baked fruit, toasted oak spice, orange and cinnamon. The finish is rich, with a sweet, caramelised hint of smoke.
