A 10-year-old Benrinnes single malt from Speyside, bottled in 2021 by the independent bottler North Star Spirits to mark the 10th anniversary of The Good Spirits Company. It matured in a single refill butt and was bottled at cask strength, 60.9%, in a run of 626 bottles.
The whisky is non-chill-filtered and of natural colour.
The nose is ripe fruit with spice and a touch of oak. The palate is full and complex, balancing sweet fruit with spicy accents. The finish is long and warming, with lingering oak and gentle spice.
