Benrinnes – 14 Year Old 2012 Adelphi Selection (58.3%)

This is a 14 year old Benrinnes single malt from Speyside, bottled independently by Adelphi Selection at 58.3% ABV. It was distilled in 2012 and bottled in 2026. The whisky comes from a single refill Oloroso sherry butt, which gave 542 bottles. The cask adds dried fruit, dark chocolate, roasted nuts and warming spice, while the weighty, slightly meaty character of Benrinnes and its maltiness remain clearly defined.
