The nose offers ripe apple, pear and yellow fruit with honey, vanilla and malt, plus a light nutty, earthy note. On the palate it is full and powerful, with fruit, honey, vanilla and caramel, then ginger, white pepper and toasted oak. The finish is long and warming, with honey, vanilla, ripe fruit and soft spice.
