This Benrinnes is a single malt from the 100 Proof series by Signatory Vintage. It was distilled in 2012 and bottled on 11 June 2025 after 13 years in first-fill and refill Oloroso sherry butts. It is bottled at 57.1% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
The nose is typically described as a rich mix of chocolate, cherries, wood, nuts and peach. The palate opens with a spicy kick from the higher strength, then gives way to caramel, nuts, cocoa, gooseberry, ripe fruit and oak. The finish is long, with spice, wood and green apple.
