This is a 10 year old Benrinnes single malt distilled in 2013 and bottled by Dràm Mòr for its Spring Release 2024. It was matured in a single bourbon cask and finished in a refill Palo Cortado sherry hogshead, and 221 bottles were filled.
The nose is classic Benrinnes, with plenty of old penny chew toffee and a creamy fruitiness from the Palo Cortado cask. The palate follows the nose, with creamy fruit wrapped in milky toffee. The finish is of medium length, with gentle spice.
