Benromach 10 Year Old is a Speyside single malt bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle. It matures only in first fill sherry and bourbon casks.
Lightly peated malted barley gives a restrained smoke alongside fruit and creamy malt. Its golden amber colour comes from the casks, with no added colouring.
The nose combines sweet green apple and pear with dark honey, soft vanilla and gentle smoke. On the palate come malted grain and stewed fruit, warm toffee and a touch of black cherry. The finish is full, with malted grain and gentle smoke lingering.
