Benromach 10 Year Old is a peated single malt from Speyside's smallest working distillery, in a 70cl bottle at 43% ABV. It is made by hand from Scottish malted barley and spring water from the nearby Romach Hills.
The whisky matured in first fill bourbon and sherry casks.
The nose combines green apple, pear and dark honey with soft vanilla and gentle smoke. The palate has malted cereal and stewed fruit, warm toffee and a hint of black cherry. The full-bodied finish carries malted cereal and soft smoke.
