Benromach 15 Year Old is a Speyside single malt from the family-owned distillery at Forres, matured exclusively in first-fill casks. It was first introduced in 2015 and is bottled at 43% ABV with natural colour, in a 70cl bottle.
The distillery combines its traditional Speyside character with rich fruit, oak and a subtle smoky influence.
Official notes describe sweet toffee, cracked black pepper and peat smoke on the nose, with forest fruits, dark chocolate and dried banana. The palate is creamy and sweet with ripe apples and charred oak, and the finish is medium, with soft smoke and dried fruit.
