Benromach – 39 Year Old 1977 Single Cask

This is a 39-year-old Speyside single malt from Benromach, distilled in 1977 and bottled in 2017. It was drawn from a single cask, number 1268, and yielded 225 bottles. Each bottle comes in a hand-crafted oak presentation case, designed to echo the warm tones of Benromach's traditional wooden washbacks. The long maturation is described as bringing depth and complexity, with mature fruit, polished wood, gentle spice and rich malt.
