Berto&Fiorella Chardonnay IGT

A white wine from Berto&Fiorella, made from Chardonnay. It shows a bright straw-yellow colour with greenish reflections. The nose brings white-fleshed fruit such as apple and peach, citrus hints and light floral notes, kept linear and clean by its freshness. On the palate it is balanced, medium-bodied, with pleasant acidity and a savoury note that carries through to an even finish. It pairs with vegetable starters, delicate fish dishes, white meats and fresh cheeses, and also works as an aperitif. Serve at around 10-12 C, avoiding temperature shocks, and store in a cool place away from light.
