Berto&Fiorella Muller Thurgau IGT

A Muller Thurgau IGT from Berto&Fiorella with a fragrant, discreet aromatic profile. It is pale straw in colour with bright reflections. The nose shows floral notes, white-fleshed fruit, light citrus hints and a herbaceous trace. On the palate it is light-bodied, with fresh acidity and balanced persistence, ending clean and savoury. It suits aperitifs and simple dishes such as light salads, grilled vegetables, steamed fish, fresh cheeses and delicate first courses. Serve chilled, around 8-10 C, in a stemmed glass.
