Ribolla Gialla IGT - Berto&Fiorella

A white wine made from Ribolla Gialla, with a pale straw colour. The nose is fragrant and immediate, with white flowers, ripe citrus, green apple and light aromatic herbs. On the palate it is fresh and savoury, with lively acidity, balanced structure and medium body, and a clean, pleasant finish. It suits light seafood dishes, cold starters, salads and fresh cheeses, and is also suitable for aperitifs and informal brunches. Serve around 8-10 °C in a white wine glass.
