Berto&Fiorella Traminer Aromatico IGT (12.5%)

An aromatic white wine from Berto&Fiorella. The nose opens with floral notes of rose and white flowers, accompanied by fruity hints of lychee and citrus and a touch of delicate spice. On the palate it is medium-bodied, with a soft texture and a balance favouring freshness and savouriness, with a persistent but not intrusive finish. It pairs with steamed or grilled fish, crustaceans and molluscs, spicy Asian dishes, cold starters, composed salads and soft, not too aged cheeses. Ideal as an aperitif, it should be served cool and consumed in the first years to maintain aromatic vivacity.
