Bespoken Spirits – American Light Whiskey Purple Label (37.5cl, 50%)

Bespoken Spirits American Light Whiskey Purple Label is a 50% ABV American whiskey in a 37.5cl bottle, made from a mash bill of 99% corn and 1% malt. It begins as young bourbon-mash light whiskey, distilled to between 160 and 190 proof and stored in used oak casks for at least three months. It is then combined with selected staves, seasoned for at least two years, in a spirit refiner, which adds colour, flavour and body in days rather than years. Brilliant golden in colour, it has a nose of butterscotch, marzipan, honey-infused mocha and black tea, a palate of rich cinnamon sugar and a finish of cacao nib and winter spices.
