Bianco di Custoza DOC Classico Torre del Falasco Cantina di Valpantena

Bianco di Custoza DOC Classico Torre del Falasco is made by Cantina di Valpantena in the Verona area, on the gentle hills of Valpantena. The denomination is traditionally a blend of native grapes, often including garganega, trebbiano toscano and bianco di Custoza. Fermentation is carried out at controlled temperatures after balanced ripening, with ageing generally in stainless steel. In the glass it is pale straw yellow, with aromas of white flowers, white-fleshed fruit and light citrus notes. On the palate it is fresh and harmonious, suited to fish dishes, starters and delicate first courses of Mediterranean cooking.
