A Lugana DOC from Cantina di Valpantena, made in the Brescia area south of Lake Garda from Turbiana. The freshness and minerality of the alluvial soils are reflected in its aromatic profile, with white flowers, ripe citrus and light almond notes. Ageing in steel preserves the purity and spontaneity of the fruit, highlighting the freshness and liveliness typical of this refined white. On the palate it is balanced, with pleasant sapidity and a harmonious finish. It pairs well with fish dishes, shellfish or light starters.
