Soave DOC Classico Torre del Falasco Cantina di Valpantena

A white wine expressing Garganega, grown on the historic hills of the classic Soave zone in Veneto. Volcanic, mineral-rich soils give freshness and minerality, supported by controlled fermentation and ageing in steel that preserves the clarity of the aromas. On the nose it opens with white flowers, white peach and a light bitter almond note typical of the area. On the palate it is harmonious, with lively acidity, balance and persistence, and a clean, pleasantly sapid finish. It pairs with delicate fish dishes, risottos and white meats.
