Big Peat Christmas Edition 2022 is a limited edition blended malt at natural cask strength, 54.2% ABV. It is bottled without colouring or chill-filtration. The nose offers burnt caramel, Hebridean sea air and peat smoke. On the palate it recalls bonfire ashes and rich, earthy notes, balanced by a toasted marshmallow sweetness. The finish is long, continuing the flavours that came before.
