Big Peat Hanukkah Edition 2021 is a small-batch blended malt, released to mark Big Peat's Hanukkah 2021. It was made in an outturn of 300 bottles, without added colouring or chill-filtration. The blend is a marriage of single cask single malts from Islay only, including whisky distilled at Ardbeg, Bowmore, Caol Ila and Port Ellen among others. Typical notes are sweet tar, smoking chimneys and damp earth, balanced by an oceanic freshness.
