Bittersweet Symphony is a blended whisky from Turntable Spirits. It combines whisky from Craigellachie, Blair Athol, Balmenach and North British, matured in Pedro Ximenez puncheons, oloroso butts and virgin oak barrels.
Craigellachie contributes both a Pedro Ximenez puncheon and an oloroso butt. It is described as sweet with a fiery edge and a bold malt character, finishing on dark chocolate and dried fruits.
