Black Cow Pure Milk Vodka (75cl, 40%)

A vodka from Dorset, England, made entirely from milk whey left over after cheese production. Lactose is fermented and distilled to create a neutral spirit with natural softness, then distilled and filtered for purity while retaining texture. It is not flavoured, but has a naturally rounded, creamy mouthfeel. The nose is clean and delicate, with hints of vanilla cream and light citrus. The palate is exceptionally smooth, with subtle sweetness, soft creaminess and gentle mineral notes. The finish is silky and clean, with a faintly sweet, rounded finish.
