A blended whisky from James Buchanan & Company, bottled at 40% abv in a 70cl bottle. This edition has a black stopper.
The nose is fresh and fruity, with vanilla, caramel, green apple, biscuits and lemon, over a subtle background of peat and herbs. The palate opens soft and sweet with caramel, vanilla and cereal, then brings young wood, cinnamon, pepper and a smoky note.
The finish is short, dry and balanced, leaving a lingering taste of honey, vanilla and oak.
