Black & White is a blended whisky from the United Kingdom, in a large 2 litre bottle with a 1978 seal. It is bottled at 40%.
The nose shows the influence of Manzanilla sherry, with creamy notes, mild vinegar, nuts such as macadamia, grapefruit and toasted cereal, over a subtle background of peat or smoke.
The palate is oily and rich, with pronounced sherry, a hint of mild mustard, toffee and well-integrated aged grain. The finish is dry, warm and moderately long, recalling dates, baklava and wood.
