This is a Bladnoch from the Lowlands, bottled by Blackadder as Statement Edition No. 28. It was distilled in late 1992 and bottled in 2017 after 24 years of maturation, at 51.2% ABV.
The whisky matured in a wine hogshead, which adds depth and a slightly fruity character. Only 248 bottles were released. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colour.
