Blackadder Caperdonich 1996 Statement Edition No. 58 (55.2%)

This is a Caperdonich distilled in 1996 and bottled in 2022 after 26 years in cask. Blackadder released it as Edition No. 58 of its Statement series. Caperdonich is a Speyside distillery that has now closed for good. It is bottled at a cask strength of 55.2%, without chill filtration and with no added colour. Only 170 bottles were filled. The style is described as classic mature Speyside, with rich maltiness, gentle spice and a long, dry, balanced finish.
