A 7 year old single malt from St George's Distillery in England, distilled in 2013 and bottled in 2021 by Blackadder for its Raw Cask series. This is a single cask bottling, filled from cask EN21-01 at a full cask strength of 65% ABV, in a 70cl bottle.
The Raw Cask series favours natural oils and a strong wood influence. The whisky is not chill-filtered, has no added colouring and may show visible cask sediment. The outturn was 225 bottles.
