Blackadder The Legendary Single Malt is a Scottish single malt distilled in 2012 and matured for seven years before bottling by the independent bottler Blackadder at 61.3% ABV. It is bottled without chill filtration and without added colouring. Blackadder was founded in 1995 by Robin Tucek and John Lamond and is known for single cask bottlings, often at cask strength. The nose is floral and fruity, with a note of bitter new make mash and green apple. The palate is mineral, and the green apple from the nose carries on.
