This is a 19 year old Lowland single malt, an official distillery bottling from Bladnoch. It matured in a Pedro Ximenez sherry butt and is bottled at 46.7% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
The nose is intense, with sherry, liquorice, black cherries, wood, tobacco and vanilla. The palate is creamy, with almonds, liquorice, raspberries, apricot and nutmeg. The finish is long, with notes of orange and coffee.
