This is a 30 year old Bladnoch single malt, the 2022 release, in a 70cl bottle at 45.5% abv. It was matured in a combination of Oloroso sherry and Moscatel casks, made up from two casks, and the release is limited to 950 bottles worldwide.
On the nose it is floral, with dried apricots and nutmeg. The palate brings rich almond and marzipan alongside Seville oranges, and the finish is light and fruity, with a hint of cracked black pepper.
