Bladnoch 8 Year Old is a Lowland single malt from The Galloway Collection, bottled at 46.7% in a 70cl bottle. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colour.
The whisky has a double maturation entirely in American oak red wine casks, which Master Distiller Dr Nick Savage selects by hand.
The nose offers ripe strawberries and herbal pine cones. On the palate come strawberry jam, polished oak and nutmeg. The finish is very long, sweet and warming.
